ShopMazTerms of Use
Plain terms for using ShopMaz. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.
Acceptance and eligibility
By opening or using ShopMaz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you should use ShopMaz for business or personal record keeping.
What ShopMaz is
ShopMaz is a tool for recording stock, sales, purchases, expenses and customer credit. It is a record-keeping aid, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Check important figures yourself.
Your account and team
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account, including what your staff do with the access you give them.
- Give your information accurately and keep your Google account secure.
- You can use guest mode without an account, but guest data lives only on your device. Export backups regularly.
Your data
You own the business data you enter. You give us permission only to store, process and display it to run the service for you, and to do what our Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' and staff members' details.
Plans and payments
- Starter is free and may show ads. Pro and Premium are paid plans with extra features and no ads. Business is arranged by enquiry for chains and larger shops.
- Prices and payment methods are shown on the Plans page and may change. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
- Paid plans are prepaid for the period you choose and are not renewed automatically. We activate your plan after we confirm your payment, which can take some time.
- Refund requests are reviewed one by one. Send us your transaction ID through the in-app contact form.
- When a paid plan ends, you return to Starter. Your data is not deleted.
AI features
Mazy gives answers based on a summary of your records. Answers may be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before you act on it, and do not rely on it for tax, legal or medical decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. This includes unlawful activity, attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app or other users' data, automated scraping, sharing your login in ways that break these terms, and using fake referrals or payments to claim rewards.
Advertising and third parties
The free plan may show third-party ads. We do not control advertisers and are not responsible for their content or products. Please do not click ads artificially or ask others to. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for them.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep ShopMaz running and may add, change or remove features at any time. Some features, such as Bluetooth printing, camera scanning and voice, depend on your device and browser. We may pause the service for maintenance.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using ShopMaz at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, is used to harm others or is the subject of a payment dispute. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data.
Ownership
The ShopMaz name, logo, design and software belong to MAZ Solutions. These terms do not give you any right to them other than to use the app as intended.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data, printer or hardware problems, or losses from data entry mistakes, third-party services or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Karachi can decide disputes, unless local consumer law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept them.
