ShopMazGetting started with ShopMaz in 10 minutes
You can have your shop running in ShopMaz in about ten minutes. Follow these steps in order and skip nothing in the first two.
1. Sign in, or start as a guest
Sign in with Google (the easiest option) or email so your data is saved to your account and is safe if you lose your phone. Guest mode also works fully, but your data stays only on that phone and browser, so take backups often.
2. Fill in your shop profile
Add your shop name, phone number, address and currency. These appear on your bills and receipts, so customers see a proper business, not a blank slip.
3. Add your first products
Add your fastest-selling twenty items first, not the whole shop. Enter the name, the purchase price, the selling price and the quantity you have. You can add barcodes, expiry dates and categories later.
4. Record your first sale
Tap the round + button at the bottom, search or scan items, check the total and pick the payment method. Save, then share or print the receipt.
5. Install it on your home screen
On Android with Chrome, open the menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. On iPhone with Safari, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. The app then opens like any other app and keeps working when the internet is slow or gone.
6. Make it a daily habit
Record every sale as it happens, add stock when it arrives and close the day before you leave. Within a week the app knows your shop better than your memory does.
- Profile: Settings → Edit profile.
- Products: open Products and tap add.
- Language and dark mode: Settings → Appearance & language.

Yes. It is built to work offline on your phone. If you are signed in, connect to the internet regularly so your data is saved to your account.

ShopMaz is phone-first. Chrome on Android gives the best experience, including the camera scanner and Bluetooth printing. It also works on iPhone and on a computer.
